What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel your cleaning, cancellations must be made at least 1 week before the next scheduled service by emailing support@littleluxuriescleaning.com or calling/texting 703-249-9660. This allows us to adjust our schedule and serve other clients. Cancellations made more than 1 week in advance of the scheduled cleaning will not incur a charge. However, cancellations made within 1 week of your service will be charged for the full amount of the service. Rescheduling: You may reschedule services up to 1 week prior to the next scheduled service at no charge by emailing support@littleluxuriescleaning.com. This allows us to adjust our schedule and serve other clients. Rescheduling within 1 week will be charged the full cleaning price.

Absolutely! All of our cleaners at Little Luxuries Cleaning LLC are thoroughly background-checked, trained, and fully insured and bonded. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Bi-weekly Cleaning - Monthly Cleaning - One-time Deep Cleaning - Move-out Cleaning Additional upgrades are available, including bed sheet changes, interior refrigerator cleaning, and interior oven cleaning.
