Welcome to Little Luxuries Cleaning LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction
Little Luxuries Cleaning LLC provides residential cleaning services designed to meet your needs. By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered
Little Luxuries Cleaning LLC offers a range of residential cleaning services, including but not limited to, general cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. We reserve the right to refuse services or modify our service offerings at any time.

3. Requesting Services and Cancellation Policy
Requesting Services: Services can be requested via our website. Services are subject to availability.

 

Cancellation: Cancellations of service must be made at least 1 week before the scheduled service by emailing support@littleluxuriescleaning.com.

Cancellations made within the 1 week window may incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the fee associated with your service.
 

Rescheduling: Clients may request a reschedule of service, however, charges may apply. For cancellations more than 1 week prior to the scheduled service, there is no cost. For rescheduling within a week prior to service will be charged the full price for the cleaning. 
 

4. Pricing and Payment 
Pricing listed on Website: Our pricing is based on the scope of work and is provided during the service request process. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services and will be automatically charged to the card on your account unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept all major credit/debit cards and ACH payments. Late payments may incur a late fee of $10
 per day.
 

Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain services or for first-time clients. This will be communicated at the time when your proposed service is sent for approval. 
 

5. Liability and Insurance
Property Damage: While our team takes utmost care, Little Luxuries Cleaning LLC is not liable for any pre-existing damage to property. Any damages caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of service.
Insurance: We are fully insured for the protection of our clients. However, we are not liable for items that are fragile or have significant value (monetary or sentimental), and we recommend securing such items prior to our arrival.

 

6. Client Responsibilities
Preparation: Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Areas to be cleaned should be free of excessive clutter. We are not responsible for cleaning in areas that are inaccessible.
Pets: Pets should be secured and away from areas to be cleaned for the safety of our staff and your pets.

 

7. Health and Safety
Hazardous Conditions: Our cleaners are trained to avoid hazardous materials or unsafe conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe.
COVID-19 and Other Health Protocols: We adhere to strict health protocols. Clients are expected to notify us if anyone in the household is experiencing symptoms of contagious illnesses. We reserve the right to reschedule services in such cases.

 

8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy 
explains how we collect, use, and share your data. By using our services, you agree to our data practices.

9. Termination of Service
Little Luxuries Cleaning LLC reserves the right to terminate services at any time, with or without cause. Clients may also terminate their relationship with us, provided all outstanding fees are settled.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia.
